適合制藥行業(yè)機(jī)型
● 用途：DXDK-YC40 新精品適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工等行業(yè)松散狀、無粘性、細(xì)小顆粒物料的小劑量自動軟袋包裝。
● 特點(diǎn)：
1.整機(jī)機(jī)架表面和物料接觸的零件采用不銹鋼制作，便于清洗、消毒。
2.擺動式充填、計(jì)量機(jī)構(gòu)，在高速充填、計(jì)量過程中不會 將物料甩到接料斗以外，避免了物料四處飛濺現(xiàn)象，符合GMP要求。
3.在包裝過程中，物料從料倉中依次排出，無重復(fù)刮料現(xiàn)象，避免了物料顆粒破損。
4.包裝袋的切斷位置通過調(diào)節(jié)手柄在機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下快速隨機(jī)任意調(diào)整。切斷痕跡可選鋸齒、直線、點(diǎn)線三種形式。

FEATURES:

4. The cutting position of the bag is adjusted randomly at random by adjusting the handle in the running state of the machine. Three forms of cutting marks: sawtooth, straight line and point line
