DXDK-YC1000I Automatic Quantitative Weighing And
● 特點(diǎn): 該機(jī)采用日本三菱（MITSUBISHI）PLC控制，執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用德國費(fèi)斯托（FEST0）氣動元件，溫控系統(tǒng)此采用日本富士（FUJI）溫控儀表控制，整機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)簡單，控制可靠。包裝材料成袋過程采用光纖檢測，自動糾偏控制。該機(jī)部分操作及動能參數(shù)設(shè)定通過觸摸式人機(jī)介面完成，齊可根據(jù)用戶需要提供介面的中文或英文版本。該機(jī)通過選配不同的計(jì)量裝置可實(shí)現(xiàn)容積法或稱重法計(jì)量，適用備種顆粒、粉劑、膨化食品的自動包裝。
● 可選擇配套裝置：插角袋裝置，單膜裝置，打印裝置，提升機(jī)。
● FEATURES：The machiIne adopts PLO control made by mitsrbishi Japan,pneumatic by FESTO of Germany as actuators,and twmpweature control instrument by F∪JI,Japan,as tempweature control. The overall machine is simple insteucture and reliable in control. Durng forming sachets,packaging materials should be traced by photoelectric cell, rectjfying a deveation automatically.Some operations and features of data set up are performed by touhing the man-machine interface.English version of the interface can also be provided upon request by the custome.Meter ng by volume or by weight van be implefmented with diffemnt options.It is suitable for the automatic packing of various granular or povwdered materials，extrusion foodstuff,etc.
